Explore & Create: GenAI Chatbots for Teaching and Learning – A Hands-on Online Workshop

March 20th, 11:30 pm – 1:00 pm

In this workshop, we’ll explore GenAI agents – custom chatbots that can help achieve and perform specific tasks (e.g. generating alt text to help make images more accessible, finding and summarizing academic articles, writing text, and making PowerPoint slides).

We’ll look at different GPTs available in the ChatGPT Plus store and learn about Poe, a platform, which lets people create their own bots using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and DALL·E. We’ll talk about how these tools can help augment your workflows and teaching practice, as well as how you can create a ‘team’ of agents, each with their own skills, to help solve multi-faceted problems.
